Wealth in Mexico is unequally distributed, with the youth in particular trapped in a cycle of material poverty and poverty of opportunity.
Entrepreneurship comes so much more naturally to youth: they are inclined to be innovative because they have experienced social need first hand. Social innovation is a large potential growth sector within the existing economy that can be delivered by a large population of young people hungry for the opportunity.
This project will train and coach young Mexicans to work alongside development agencies, businesses and communities to identify needs and create economically viable social enterprises by introducing prototype enterprise models into existing business incubators with the support of impact investors and migrant communities.
