We're fans of what they're do at WorldChanging. I mean, who would love a bright green future? There's a great article posted on the site today about how to define a carbon neutral city. It's the best plain language discussion on issues surrounding the promises made by cities to tackle their carbon emissions and what it might take to keep the promises.
